Founder
Jean Conway's corporate career includes blue chip organisations; Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson. She was a board director at Trebor before setting up her own strategic business consultancy in 1993 alongside her role as Marketing Advisor at the Institute of Directors.
Her experience at the highest levels of corporate life coupled with her wide ranging study of Advanced Hypnotherapy, Psychology, NLP and Reiki led to the development of Quantum. Jean is an Advanced Hypnotherapist having diplomas with Austin Research Centre, The Tom Silver Institute and Ormond McGill the Dean of American Hypnotherapists.

Stewart Hill's expertise in stress control is widespread. During his ten years as an IT Project Manger he came to recognise the harm stress was causing within such a fast moving and competitive environment. His expertise in leading and managing teams encouraged him to turn his career focus to stress management.
Stewart holds significant qualifications in Stress Management; OCR Diploma in Stress Management, Diploma in Business Performance Coaching from Newcastle College. He is a member of the International Stress Management Association and holds a diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy from the Austin Research Centre.
